Athletic Trainer

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Indiana state license
• Graduate of a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training (CAATE)
• CPR certification
• Current driver’s license

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Evaluation and treatment of student athletes in the high school setting.
• Maintain required paperwork for each patient.
• Communicate with medical professionals regarding athletes’ goals, treatment, and progress.
• Return student athletes to play in compliance with the Indiana State High School Athletic Association.
• Be in attendance for Rochester Community School Corporation’s athletic events.

Schedule varies due to athletic events.
