On what would have been his 43rd birthday, the Fulton County Community Foundation is honoring the life and legacy of Sgt. Nicholas “Nick” James Patterson by sharing the story behind the Nick Patterson Legacy Fund: Serving Others, Honoring His Sacrifice. Born and raised in Rochester, Nick was known as someone people felt comfortable around. He was down to earth, genuine, and quietly generous.
