Woodlawn Health Welcomes Rachel Woods to Employee Health Services

Rochester, IN, -  August 1, 2025: Woodlawn Health is proud to welcome Rachel Woods, MSN, FNP-BC, as a Nurse Practitioner at Employee Health Services in the Shafer Medical Center.

Rachel graduated from Bethel University in 2005 with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing and again in 2008 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She recently got her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Practice track at Chamberlain University in March of 2024.

“I love the size and warmth of Woodlawn. I worked at Woodlawn from about 2003 to 2009, and it has been wonderful to see some familiar faces since I’ve been back!”

Employee Health Services offers the business community programs and services designed to promote employee well-being through health screenings and preventive care measures.
