The Fulton County Public Library is preparing for a summer full of reading, activities, and special events, with registration for its 2026 Summer Library Program opening Monday, June 1st. This year’s theme, “Unearth a Story,” will focus on dinosaurs, fossils, and archaeology through a variety of hands-on programs and presentations for all ages. KOKOMO, Ind. — In the spring 2026 semester, 785 full-time Indiana University Kokomo students earned chancellor’s list or dean’s list honors. Chancellor’s list students earned a 4.0 grade point average (GPA), while dean’s list students earned a minimum 3.5 GPA on a scale of 4.0, while carrying at least 12 credit hours throughout the grading period. The Fulton County Community Foundation granted $2,000 through the Grass Creek Memorial Fund to Columbia Elementary School for their Sensory Success Project. This project helps provide sensory-based learning tools and resources that support all students. Examples include visual aids and tactile items that can be catered to each child individually.
