Shining Star Award Presentation - Duane Border

Please join us Friday, September 5th at 8:30 AM at the beginning of the Board Of Works &Safety Meeting to congratulate Duane Border, whose hard work and dedication have made a lasting impact on the City of Rochester, and present him with a Shining Star award.
