Prenatal Yoga
This program will teach yoga poses and breathing practices that support fetal position during pregnancy and the birthing process, what to expect during pregnancy and birth, and how to plan for the fourth trimester.
The program will be held at the Culver Beach Lodge in Culver, IN, on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00 PM starting March 3rd and ending July 23rd. It is made possible by the Marshall County Community Foundation and the Department of Health and focuses on bridging the resource gap for pregnant moms and supporting infant development in North Central Indiana.
