Introductory Class to the Martial Arts

This class is open to any individuals who would like to learn more about the martial arts.  There is a one time charge of $20 which allows you to come to all the sessions.  This is for any age group.  The focus will be on Taekwondo and you will learn some basic stances and work on theories of power. Sound interesting come on out.
